Owned and operated by Skip Nau, a local resident, developer, and business owner, Parkside aspires to capture his vision for classic New Urban design and function. Following a successful career in commercial development, Skip turned his attention to community and residential redevelopment with a New Urbanist's emphasis on Smart Growth, walkability, and accessibility.
